Sherry tomato sauce

  • 2-3 kg sherry tomatoes
  • 1 shell garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Basil
  • Dried mint
  • Coarse salt
  • Sunflower oil

Wash the sherry and cut them in half. Add them in a pan and add a few cloves of garlic, save the other cloves for later. Add salt, oil and all the herbs. On top of the pan add aluminum foil. Bake on 250 degrees. When it’s all good and baked, let it cool off. You’ll need a few jars, cut the rest of the garlic and add it into the jars, add oil and then add the sherry and on top add little oil. Close them good and store them into fridge. It’s very easy, tasty and delicious. You can combine it with potatoes, meat and lots of pasta.

Bread with avocado paste

Everything you need is a piece of white bread, 20g avocado, 3g sunflower oil or you can use any kind of you want,curry, salt & pepper. Blend the avocado, mix it with the oil,curry, salt & pepper and add it on top of the bread. As a decor you can add parsley or whatever you like the most. Voila! Enjoy!

Vegetarian toasted quesadillas

What you need:

  • 1 tortilla (Tortilla Mexana Fit – 1 tortilla – 65g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Salt & pepper (if you need)
  • 4g sunflower oil

Fresh summer salad

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 leaves baby spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 branches of parsley
  • 2 pieces cottage cheese
  • 1 green chilli pepper
  • Oil
  • Pepper

Cut the tomatoes in circles. Chop the onion and the parsley and add them on top of the tomatoes. Then,chop the spinach, add it and grind the cheese on top, add pepper and oil. Voila! Fresh, tasty and delicious summer salad.

My healthy morning oatmeal

  • 100 ml boiled water
  • 100ml cold milk
  • 30 g oats
  • 1tsp dried shredded flake coconut
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 20g walnuts
  • 10g raisins
  • 2g cocoa powder
  • 1tsp honey
  • 2 biscuits

Put the water to boil. Add the oats into a bowl and add the water. Let it soak for 1 minute and add the flake coconut, hazelnuts, walnuts, raisins, cocoa powder, honey, biscuits and add the cold milk. Mix it and enjoy your healthy oatmeal.

  • 1 spoon red paprika

Healthy breakfast – salad & smoothie

Cut the spinach. Squeeze the lemon and the orange. Add a little water and blend it.

Chop the mushrooms. In a pan with a little butter fry them, then fry the cheese both sides, put it on a plate and fry the eggs in the same pan.
