Fresh summer salad

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 leaves baby spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 branches of parsley
  • 2 pieces cottage cheese
  • 1 green chilli pepper
  • Oil
  • Pepper

Cut the tomatoes in circles. Chop the onion and the parsley and add them on top of the tomatoes. Then,chop the spinach, add it and grind the cheese on top, add pepper and oil. Voila! Fresh, tasty and delicious summer salad.

My healthy morning oatmeal

  • 100 ml boiled water
  • 100ml cold milk
  • 30 g oats
  • 1tsp dried shredded flake coconut
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 20g walnuts
  • 10g raisins
  • 2g cocoa powder
  • 1tsp honey
  • 2 biscuits

Put the water to boil. Add the oats into a bowl and add the water. Let it soak for 1 minute and add the flake coconut, hazelnuts, walnuts, raisins, cocoa powder, honey, biscuits and add the cold milk. Mix it and enjoy your healthy oatmeal.

Baked spinach with rice & eggs

  • 10-15 fresh leaves spinach
  • 1 small cup of rice
  • 1 onion
  • Half a carrot
  • 1 and a half glass water

Healthy lunch – Vegetable stew & fresh salad

  • 1 carrot
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 800 ml water
  • Oil(sunflower oil)
  • 2 spoons flour
  • 1 spoon red paprika
  • 2-3 branches parsley
  • Salt & pepper

  • 5-6 leafs lettuce
  • 2 leafs spinach
  • 1 carrot

  • Vinegar(or lemon juice)

Healthy breakfast – salad & smoothie

Cut the spinach. Squeeze the lemon and the orange. Add a little water and blend it.

Chop the mushrooms. In a pan with a little butter fry them, then fry the cheese both sides, put it on a plate and fry the eggs in the same pan.

Spaghetti with mushrooms & parsley

  • 100g spaghetti
  • 4 mushrooms
  • Vegetable butter
  • Parsley

Vegetarian/vegan dough for pizza

  • 300g medium hot water
  • 200g oil (i used sunflower oil)
  • A little powder yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Flour(as much as you need)
  • 1 mushroom
  • Yellow cheese(or you can use vegan cheese)
  • Bukovec

In a big plastic bowl, add the yeast, salt and water. Then add as much as you think you’ll need flour, slowly pour water and mix it with your hand till it gets not very sticky and not very hard dough. You can get 3 or 4 pizzas from the dough. From the dough make buns and into a baking pan, shape the dough with your hands. Chop the mushroom. On top of the dough, grind the cheese and add the mushroom and add bukovec(for a chilli flavor). Bake on 250 degrees. Voila! It’s easy, cheap and delicious. Enjoy!

Salty snacks

  • 300g medium hot water
  • 200g oil(i used sunflower oil)
  • A little powder yeast
  • Salt
  • Flour(As much as you need)
  • Sesame seeds or kim seeds(optional)

In a big plastic bowl, add the yeast, salt,oil and the sesame seeds(or kim). Then add as much as you think you’ll need flour, slowly pour water and mix it with your hand till it gets not very sticky and not very hard. Then with your hands make small buns and roll them with your hands till they get thin and long as a worm. Then, get a baking pan, you can use a knife or scissors. Cut them directly into the pan. Bake on 200 degrees. These snacks are good for vegetarians and vegans. Voila!
